A simple, but effective, way to study a text is to leave out the key words or phrase you wish to study.

Copy the text from biblegateway.com into a word document and either print out one large copy or multiple copies, one for each student. Alternatively write the text on a white board leaving appropriate gaps.

As you discuss the text ask students to try to fill in the gaps and make your points. For example:
